Responsible for checking, monitor, test, carry-out preventive & corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment/machinery, in accordance with the established procedure and work instruction, to ensure minimum breakdown and avoid business process interruption.
Key Accountabilities:
1)To perform maintenance of mechanical equipment/machinery by checking and monitor the system installation and troubleshooting to ensure the availability and reliability of the equipment/devices.
2)To supervise contractor in servicing & troubleshooting of mechanical equipment/machinery to ensure the job is done in accordance with the requirement and procedures.
3)To perform inspection on all mechanical equipment/machinery either from the contractor or internal to ensure all equipment are in good and safe working condition.
4)To log all maintenance services and report into Maintenance Management System (ME2) for proper historical tracking and analysis
5)To response quickly to all service request i.e. on call and effectively troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment/machinery to minimize process interruption.
6)To provide support to other maintenance team related to mechanical equipment/machinery issues to ensure associate equipment running in good performance.
7)To provide support to supervise contractor related to project involve mechanical works i.e. Capex or Opex projects to ensure the job is performed safely.
