Job Descriptions:
- Handle end-to-end daily purchasing and procurement matters
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers to achieve the best terms and conditions.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, performance evaluation, and risk management.
- Coordinating all purchase activities, monitor/ track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance and product quality, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor truck movements using GPS / GPRS tracking systems.
- Monitor Fuel Consumption Tracking
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- With working experience in spare parts administration and repair or related field will be an added advantage
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Good communication in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or equivalent tools.
- Highly experienced individual would be considered for a senior role.
Willing to travel.
