Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to reservation inquiries from various channels.
- Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, promotions, and policies.
- Process reservations, modify bookings, and ensure confirmation details are correctly communicated.
- Assist in daily operational tasks related to reservations.
- Follow up on reservation discrepancies and short-stay requests from the front desk.
- Stay informed on hotel contract rates for travel agencies and corporate clients.
- Check trace reports and resolve outstanding reservation matters.
- Coordinate with the Reservations Manager, Assistant Reservations Manager, and Reservations Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with hotel booking procedures and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in hotel reservation management software and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address guest issues.
- Availability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail for accuracy in reservations, payment processing, and guest requests.
