- Plan and schedule production for assigned product groups.
- Create and release Work Orders (WO) based on production requirements.
- Monitor material availability to support production continuity.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Review customer orders and forecasts to adjust production plans.
- Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating shipment schedules with Logistics.
- Provide shipment mode instructions for customer deliveries.
- Monitor excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory, and provide feedback to the Business Development team.
- Prepare monthly delivery forecasts and production plans.
- Track production progress and revise schedules when necessary.
- Maintain accurate planning data in the SAP system.
- Prepare planning, inventory, and delivery reports.
- Support continuous improvement of planning and delivery performance.
