Responsible for overseeing the non-engineering business and administrative functions of the entity, including financial coordination, budget and P&L control, procurement, compliance, audit coordination, IT and facility administration, and cross-functional business activities to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily business and administrative activities for the entity
  • Manage entity-level spending, budget tracking, and P&L coordination
  • Manage PR/PO processes, approvals, vendor coordination, and cost control activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, governance requirements, and internal procedures. Coordinate and manage non-technical audits including financial, ISO, safety, 5S, ECR, and other compliance-related audits
  •  Act as primary liaison between entity and corporate functions including Finance, Procurement, HR, IT, Production, and other stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional activities, issue escalation, and problem resolution
  • Oversee administrative, facility, IT coordination, and entity support functions
  • Maintain trackers, reports, records, and business documentation
  • Ensure smooth execution of all non-engineering and business management matters within the organization
