- Developing templates for Internal Communication
- Liaising and Follow-up with vendors
- To create Bill of Quantity based on request.
- Simple write-ups for notice or announcement
- Perform daily data entry duties and depot operations activities.
- Ensure smooth running of operations by maintaining office matters such as filing, records, and organizing outstanding documents
- Assist in updating budget list
- Write Meeting Minutes
- PR / PO & Budget updates
- Make copies, Print and Organize Important Documents/Form
- Prepare weekly meal planner
- Other ad-hoc administrative and tasks assigned by supervisor
