Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day project development and management from inception until handover.
Prepare and submit progress claim to main contractor within the stipulated time frame.
Follow up with main contractor on the issuance of certification
Assist project team in measurement for tender costing.
Work closely with project team, suppliers & general workers.
Manage matters related to project planning, liaising with consultants, contractors and local authorities.
Handle purchasing for project department, arrange delivery for the purchase.
Prepare and manage project-related correspondence, report and paperwork and ensure they are current, properly filed and stored.
