Responsibilities:

Data entry (job Order, Goods Received Note, Good Received & Returned Note, Sub Contract, Approval Note, Stock Adjustment, Stock Issue, Stock Received, Purchase Cancel Note, Production Claims, Sub-Con Claims)
Inventory Control and reconciliation
Inventory transaction entering (Create & Update product Item Code)
Costing
prepare monthly inventory analysis and report
Closing month end and year end
Stock take (middle and end of the year)
Liaise with purchasing, production, sales and store department for any stock variances
assist in any other ad-hoc tasks instruct by superior & top management
