Main purpose/objectives of role:

  • Achieve individual sales targets as assigned by the company.
  • Develop new client relationships and maintain existing accounts.
  • Support the sales team in achieving departmental revenue goals.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on sales activities and market feedback.

Main activities/responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities in line with company strategy.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and ensure accuracy in sales documentation.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to strengthen relationships.
  • Monitor customer credit status and coordinate with finance for prompt collections.
  • Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Report customer feedback, competitor activities and market trends to management.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events when required.
  • To support and fully implement effective ISO 9001 - Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2015

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales (fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered).
  • Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused with strong negotiation skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage).
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel and work under pressure to meet targets.
