Job Responsibilities

Compile and process online sales orders for packing and delivery arrangements.
Prepare, organize, and coordinate packing of customer orders.
Record and maintain accurate online sales records and documentation.
Ensure proper filing of sales documents and related records.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Assist with other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Able to work independently and accurately.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Prior experience in e-commerce, online sales, or administrative work is an advantage.
Part-time students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
