Job Scope:

Supervise and coordinate piling works on site
Oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring smooth execution of the project.
Supervise subcontractors and construction workers to ensure high-quality work and safety standards are met.
Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure the work meets project specifications and industry standards.
Work with the project team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues on-site.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the construction site.
Maintain daily logs and reports on site progress, issues, and activities.
Ensure proper documentation of site measurements, drawings, and material receipts.
Liaise with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure the project stays on track.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and workers to maintain workflow.
Attend meetings to provide site updates and resolve any technical or logistical concerns.
Monitor material usage and ensure proper inventory control.
Participate in site surveys and assist in evaluating site conditions, accessibility, and requirements.
Assist in the planning and preparation of work schedules and timelines.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a site engineer role or related construction experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building regulations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Willing to travel to project sites
Piling works experience will be an added advantage
