Responsible for driving business growth through the sale of service agreements, maintenance contracts, for industrial lifting equipment (overhead cranes, hoists, and related systems). The role focuses on developing long-term customer partnerships, ensuring service excellence, and achieving sales targets aligned with the company’s business strategy.
Key Tasks :
Identify, pursue, and secure new customers for service agreements and contracts.
Promote Konecranes’ value-added services including preventive maintenance, inspections.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with industrial clients across diverse sectors (manufacturing, logistics, energy, automotive, etc.).
Act as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations, renewals, and customer inquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their operational needs and aligning Konecranes’ solutions to meet them.
Prepare, present, and negotiate service proposals and agreements in compliance with company policies.
Monitor contract performance, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed terms.
Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand presence in the region.
Work closely with Service, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
Support cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience, and contract value.
