Description

Chemin is building the infrastructure that powers real-world AI adoption across industries. As our growth and community initiatives expand, we are seeking a Growth & Community Executive to help shape how Chemin is experienced across content, events, partnerships, and ecosystem engagement.

In this role, you will work closely with the Brand Experience and Growth team to support initiatives across content creation, community building, campaigns, events, and digital outreach. You will help shape engaging stories and experiences that resonate with diverse audiences, while supporting initiatives that connect domain experts, universities, AI builders, and industry communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of growth, marketing, community, and brand initiatives across digital and offline channels.
  • Create engaging written and visual content across formats including social media, articles, presentations, event materials, newsletters, and short-form content.
  • Support community and ecosystem-building efforts through events, partnerships, outreach, and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI and operational concepts into clear, compelling narratives and experiences.
  • Coordinate campaigns, launches, publishing schedules, and community activations across multiple channels.
  • Support brand, content, and ecosystem initiatives that strengthen Chemin’s positioning within the AI ecosystem.
  • Monitor and report on campaign, event, and community performance metrics to support growth and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute ideas, experiments, and creative initiatives that help evolve Chemin’s public-facing presence and ecosystem reach.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, community, brand, content, events, communications, or creative roles, preferably within technology, AI, startups, or fast-moving environments.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to turn complex or technical ideas into engaging and accessible content.
  • A multidisciplinary portfolio that demonstrates curiosity, creativity, experimentation, and the ability to work across different mediums and formats.
  • Experience creating content across platforms including social media, presentations, articles, event materials, short-form content, or visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with modern creative and digital tools such as Canva, CapCut, Figma, Notion, social media platforms, or similar tools.
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects in evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong ownership mentality with initiative, resourcefulness, and a willingness to experiment and learn quickly.
  • Interest in AI, emerging technology, internet culture, communities, or ecosystem-building is a strong plus.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-moving, high-trust environments.

  • Experience in startups, agencies, communities, media, tech, or event environments
  • Experience running or supporting online/offline communities
  • Experience with social content, event production, or creative storytelling
  • Interest in AI, future-of-work, emerging technology, or digital culture
