To ensure the quality, functionality and reliability of a product before it released to the customer by identifying and diagnosing defects and issues
Key Responsibilities
- Setup new product & improve test strategies for existing products, to perform program test time reduction for capacity improvement & test yield improvement in production.
- Support QA team on analyze customer failure samples & provide countermeasure program for detect future similar failure slip through to customer.
- Provide training to technician group for smoothening daily repairing work.
- Troubleshooting test board/ tester if IC failure occur & provide permanent countermeasure.
- Ensure test station operation, performance, stability & robustness. Develop plans to investigate root cause of deviations.
- Have knowledge on ATE tester platform e.g Teradyne ETS-800, Advantest T2000, T3347, Fusion-CX & LTX tester
