Job Description:

Liaise and coordinate with all consultants, contractors, suppliers and local authorities.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of construction works accordance with approved specification, quality and schedule.
Oversee the whole project department; provide necessary technical supports, action plans and advice to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
Work closely with all consultants in establishing drawing for tender and construction.
Organize and monitor the submission status at various stages of development process.
Resolve design / construction site constrains and concerns.
Ensure that the Certificate of Compliance and Completion (CCC) is obtained on time.
Check all drawings to ensure drawings are well coordinated and developer’s requirements are met.
Lead QAQC team to handle defect works after handover to house owner.

Requirements:

Able to work independently
At least 5 years in Civil Engineering (Structure design)
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Architecture/Building/Civil Engineering/ Project Management / Project Development)
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken is preferred.
Well versed in MS Office and AutoCAD
Work location based in Bukit Mertajam
