Job Description :

Maintain the machine to ensure it is in good condition.
Managing a group of Maintenance workers and making sure that all follow safety regulations and procedures.
Communicating with all suppliers, service providers, & Contractor about maintenance & facility issues.
Prepare yearly department budget and run the department effcitiely with in target.
Knowledge in Hydraulics, Electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is an added advantage.
Do plan and arrange Preventive Maintenance for all machines.
Respond and take immediate action to rectify break down machine and reduce the downtime.
Making detailed records of all maintenance activities like spare parts, facilities spend, Preventive, downtime, etc.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Degree.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field.
Ability to read machine manuals, electrical, mechanical, and assembly parts installation & troubleshooting
Familiar with Mazak, DMG Mori & Fanuc CNC Machines
Knowledge of and experience with electrical test equipment, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
