Job Responsibilities:
• Manage & monitor the development of project schedules in terms of work progress, cost, quality etc.
• Monitor and update overall schedule and prepare progress report
• Produce report on weekly and monthly basis and presentation
• Workout the master project schedule to use as guidelines for sub-contractors to produce work outputs.
• Closely plan the project schedule & monitor the progress by analyze data & situations, recommend solutions and initiate any changes or rectifications as required.
• Update management regarding project planning by conducting analyses and preparing reports.
• To workout solutions in order to achieve the required project timeframe, cost & quality etc.
• To alias with all related parties in the successful completions of the projects till handover.
• Make periodic site visits to review project sequence and schedule.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Malay.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/ Construction/ Structural or equivalent.
• Committed & with good communication skills.
• Able to attend to site works for project monitoring.
