Position: Site Supervisor / Site Agent (Wet Works – Masonry Package)

Grande Build Sdn. Bhd. is a specialist wet-work subcontractor with strong experience in brickwork, plastering, and skim coat works across residential and commercial construction projects. We are expanding our site team and looking for a committed Site Supervisor / Site Agent to support our masonry operations in Johor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate brickwork, plastering, and skim coat works at site
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
- Coordinate closely with main contractor, consultants, and other subcontractors
- Arrange manpower planning and site work sequencing
- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage
- Monitor site safety compliance and housekeeping standards
- Prepare daily site reports and progress updates
- Assist in inspection works and ensure quality meets project requirements
- Support project manager in resolving technical and coordination issues
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years site supervision experience in construction works
- Experience in wet works / masonry works (brickwork, plastering, skim coat) preferred
- Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site activities independently
- Good coordination skills with main contractor and site teams
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines
- Willing to be based full-time in Johor site
- Candidates with CIDB Green Card will have an added advantage
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering are encouraged to apply.
