To manage and oversee all activities related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
In-charge of Document Control Center (DCC)- ensuring changes in manual, procedures and forms all well updated and distributed & proper upkeep the ISO documents according to retention periods.
Respond to customer complaint and lead team in problem solving and quality improvement plan between project management, Production & Warehouse and customer.
Review and support of sample Inspection and perform QA job periodically to ensure good quality control.
Perform analysis on products and identify root cause, suggest solutions, investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
Manage and oversee the calibration of measuring and testing equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
Identify key KPIs for product quality.
Prepare and present reports and metrics to Management.
Attend to ad-hoc task and be a team player.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of experience in QA/QC role
Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels and proactive.
Good attendance, willingness to learn, meticulous, diligent, honest and self-discipline.
