Culture's Decent, But Has Room to Grow
Overall, it's an okay place to work, especially if you get on a good team. The company culture is decent but could use more agility.
My team as a Software Engineer was really collaborative and supportive. We had a solid hybrid work setup that made things flexible. People generally try to help each other out.
Sometimes the overall corporate culture feels a bit too slow. There's a lot of red tape for smaller decisions. Recognition for hard work isn't always there for tech roles.
Try to empower teams more and cut down on bureaucracy. Acknowledge individual contributions better, especially for long-term projects.
