We are an authorised distributor for Digi Telecommunication Sdn Bhd supplying various DiGi prepaid products within the Klang Valley. The primary goals of sales executives are to build sales by prospecting for new clients and generate income by nurturing existing customer relationships. You are in charge of accounts service, acting as a liaison between our company and a group of dealers within the assigned territories. If dealers have questions, concerns or requests, sales executives will relay their needs to the appropriate individual or department within the company and follow up with the customer. Sales executives may plan, develop and execute sales strategies, often to meet an established sales targets.
You will be typically assigned a specific territory and maintain relationships with a specific number of customers to ensure personal attention. Other sales executive duties include maintaining accounts records, ensuring dealers are with sufficient stocks and collection of payments. It is important for sales executives to stay on top of developments in the industry, so they regularly attend training sessions, roadshows and dealer functions. At times, account executives may be called upon to conduct market research on competitors, including product or service pricing and sales techniques.
