We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our team and provide financial support to our group of companies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple accounts and be familiar with accounting practices for different types of businesses. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting for multiple companies within the group, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and other reports as required.  
• Manage the year-end closing process for each company in the group.
• Develop and manage budgets for each company and provide regular financial updates for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and requirements for each company.
• Assist with audits, tax filing and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets for each company in the group.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to streamline accounting processes.
• Perform financial analysis and prepare reports for management as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / Advanced Diploma in Accounting
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, with experience in audit, tax and managing multiple accounts.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Autocount accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting plus 5+ years of progressively responsible finance or treasury experience. 
• MIA member is added advantage to this position
• At Least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field, especially in light to medium weight of industry (manufacturing & packaging related) or similar fast moving products industry.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO14001
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet the deadline
• Good command of written and spoken
• Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with standard accounting software packages
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities
• Fluent English and Mandarin fluency or proficiency a plus.

Working Days/Hours

5 days, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm/ 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm 

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming Fibre Application to Activation including the below
• Engage customer via Text & Call (if necessary) to address their enquiries on Fibre Product.
• Secure customer appointment & liase with partners closely to secure appointments - where needed
• Explain & set expectation on Product & terms and conditions on Fibre Installation.
• Willing to explore & adapt new ways to manage customer experience
• Propose ideas to ensure enhanced service delivery, minimizing customer complaints.
• Respond to incoming customer issue on technical issues (Optional)
• Manage remote troubleshooting, problem assessment & close follow ups with customers
• Manage relationship with external service providers to coordinate service & meet SLAs 

Requirements

• Candidates possess at least of Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Technical Related fields.
• Prefer candidates with some experience or knowledge in Fibre but we are willing to consider candidates with experience in Customer Support / Technical Support.
• Proficient in Written and Spoken English, BM. Others language would be an added advantage..
• Able to start immediately.
