- Responsible for best practice standards : competitor analysis; yield management on distribution, business mix and length of stay, inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations in the department through prompt, effective and proper reservations service to achieve maximum room revenue in order to meet or exceed the revenue target.
- Oversees and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
- Evaluate the performance of distribution partner and contracted rates.
- Support the Reservations Manager/Revenue Manager in driving the performance of the reservations team on property.
- Ensure monitoring of daily arrivals for all guest requests to be carried out and communicated to
- Driving up- selling within the property and to ensure optimal use of all distribution channels
Qualifications:
- College Diploma / Degree in hotel management.
- 2 years experience in hotel reservations and rooms divisions.
- Familiar with the hotel operations available technology and all distribution channels.
