You will be responsible for our customer service and sales administration for custom golf club products. Together you will work with the product and sales team to provide a best-in-class customer experience from ordering to delivery. You will manage the issuance of Titleist & FJ products to key players throughout Malaysia. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all custom orders are processed timely and accurately which includes receiving and shipping
• Coordinate with US on all custom orders, follow up on open orders from US and track all orders closely and accurately (support SEA Custom Team)
• Provide customer/sales team with information on order status
• Prepare reports to management on sales and orders (SEA)
• Ensure all orders are billed accurately
• Be key liaison with key players on the ordering and collection of their products
• Attend to cash sale orders for pro players, media, etc.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Club Fitting Specialist for the operations of the Malaysia National Fitting Centre
   

Requirements:

• Passion for the game of golf and the golf industry
• At least 3 to 5 years’ customer service experience in the golf industry
• Strong golf products knowledge. Understanding shafts and grips
• Understand the importance of a customer service orientation and be solutions focused
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
• A strict adherence to deadlines

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with AS400 will be a plus
