Job Purpose:
Performing IT and Operational audits in the AZAP region.
Key Responsibilities:
- The IT Auditor is responsible for the planning and execution of audits in IT and Operational.
- The IT Auditor is expected to perform audits independently and ensure everything has been properly documented.
- In addition to providing the audit results to the auditee, he/she supports/leads closing meetings with auditees and senior management, writes audit reports, and checks if the recommendations are implemented in the follow-up process.
- The auditor is also expected to assist in functional enablement tasks (e.g audit project tracking and monitoring).
Key Requirements:
Must Have
- Technically strong and able to independently perform audits IT and IS Knowledge and Skills (e.g. Applcation Development and Maintenance, IT Risk Management and IT Security, Information Security, Project Management, Outsourcing)
- Proficient in data analytics software and scripting (e.g. CaseWare IDEA)
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good communication and listening skills - to tactfully bring across the issues
- A bachelor's degree; in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or Accounting and Management.
- 3-5 years of working experience in IT audit and in the financial institution sector (preferably insurance); internal/external audit experience preferred.
Good to have
- The role includes approximately 20% of travel within Asia Pacific. As such, other than English, fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa, or Thai will be an added advantage.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is desired for an IT Auditor. Relevant certifications, such as CISSP or CIA would be an added advantage.
