Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare demand planning according to Sales Forecast projected by Marketing Team
- To maintain high level of inventory record accuracy & optimal Inventory level
- Perform inventory reconciliation to ensure inventory is tally with distributor’s record
- Responsible to liaise with Regional Demand Planner for monthly inventory planning
- To raise PO in system and follow up with proper approval according to authority matrix
- Liaise with freight forwarder and custom broker to ensure shipment arrived in time and released by custom in timely basis
- Monitor distributor’s KPI in order to maintain and maximize optimal customer service satisfaction
- Conduct monthly meeting with distributor to follow up on the monthly KPI result.
- Including Dock to Delivery, Redressing Fulfillment, Order fill rate and others.
- Follow up with principal to ensure goods received according to set KPI and GRN report printed for monthly closing
- Supervise and maintain the monthly stock destruction record. Follow up with destruction certificate for audit record
- Ensure FEFO compliance and monitor slow moving inventory with follow up actions
- Prepare tender & sample conversion with instructions from marketing and follow up with proper approval and documentation
- Customer Service: Responsible to ensure the highest level of customer service
- To verify and check the related services and expenses on local custom clearance, handling cost, transportation cost, storage charges, service/charges incurred by distributor.
- Prepare daily and monthly reporting for Regional and Local Team with scheduled due date
- Plan the stock replenishment in East Malaysia warehouses in quarterly basis with close coordination with Marketing and Sales Team
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in supply chain
- Must have experience of dealing with distributors
- Experience in healthcare industry is preferable
- Proficient in using Microsoft applications (especially Microsoft Excel).
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills, aggressive, self-motivated, initiative and independent.
- Ability to work in fast moving environment and multi task, to make quick necessary changes upon management instructions.
