Job Description
Description: Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible to create recipes and concepts for the customers with Marketing and Sales department, promote the quality and advantages of our company products (food-grade flavor & color), and provide technical solutions and troubleshooting to customers when necessary.
Key Accountabilities:
- Demonstrate & promote the quality and advantages of the products towards the potential and existing customers.
- Develop new recipes, concepts and techniques for our products to be able to promote innovative aspect of our products to our customers.
- Provide technical support and assistance and arrange demos for the sales personnel and their customers.
- To prepare all samples required timely before the scheduled demonstration.
- Coordinate the demo aspects of events e.g exhibitions, seminars, roadshow and fairs.
- Prepare weekly schedule of activities and maintain a map of daily detailed reports regarding the tests and demonstrations conducted.
- Gather market information regarding market trends, competitive activity and requirements for the development of new and existing products.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
Profile Requirment:
- Candidate MUST at least Diploma or Degree / Bachelor's degree in Baking, Food study /Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in related fields
- Computer literate.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge or ability to converse in Mandarin. (Dealing with mandarin speaking client).
- Candidates are required at least posses more than 1 year knowledge and skills in Cake Decoration, Kuih-Muih, Pastry & Bakery / Culinary courses is an added advantage, able to go through with each baking product ingredients and formula.
