You will be responsible for contributing to the growth strategy of Jobstore.com for the Malaysia and International sites. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Jobstore.com online traffic and in reaching new customers in our focus markets by leveraging on SEO.

• Track and analyze technical factors affecting search visibility and index coverage, providing insight and recommendations for our website improvement.
• Track and report on search robot activity through log file analysis.
• Identify website performance and crawlability issues and opportunities, through the analysis of sitemaps, crawl goals, page rendering, and timing.
• Work with our product and development teams to execute changes that help search engines crawl and index our site more effectively.
• Check on On-Page (copywriting, internal linking, etc.) and Off-Page (link-building, guest posting, etc.) SEO.
• Investigate and analyze the SEO strategies of our competitors, particularly under-the-hood exposing gaps that may pose threats or opportunities.

4. END FINANCING

Follow up with the purchaser to prepare personal document for loan submission to the financial institutions. Chase the financier for the loan approval, collect the Letter Offer and convince the purchaser to accept the loan by signing and returning the original letter offer to the financial institutions.

5. SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT(SPA)

Vet the SPA to ensure the accuracy before sending to signatories and endorsed the signature before sent to solicitors for stamping.

JOB SCOPE

• Deliver exceptional customer service while responding to customer enquiries on online sales channels, including but not limited to Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and Website
• Familiarize with companywide products and able to navigate using our internal AWS system
