Job Descriptions

1. Coordinate closely with appointed warehouse and transporter, e.g. sending picking list, prepare DO, prepare letter of collection of goods return, etc.
2. Check and keep record of transport pricing. Check pricing on transporter invoice.
3. Perform weekly stock take for slow-moving and fast-moving products. 
4. Make sure the accuracy of stocks in the warehouse by completing stock takes. Travel required.
5. Liaise with warehouse for loading and unloading container.
6. Ensure all good are in good condition when arrive warehouse and before delivery.
7. To ensure only dented goods in dented store, goods return in good condition are to be place at warehouse.
8. To perform daily check on the returned goods by applying FIFO method.
9. Verify warehouse pallet count.
10. Keep record and filing of all warehouse and logistic documents.
11. Prepare goods received note.
12. Liaise closely with transporter and sales representatives on delivery arrangement/update.  
13. To inform sales representatives on item not delivered in picking list on timely basis.
