We are currently seeking a highly meticulous and deadline-driven Service Engineer to join our growing team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for a range of duties, including repairing faults, servicing equipment, developing preventative maintenance strategies, and updating manuals. The ideal candidate will always provide friendly and efficient service and be committed to meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service and customer support during field visits, In-House, or dispatches.
• Manage all on-site, In-house installation, repair, calibration, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Tie workflow to schedule.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports along with recap emails to customers.
• Prepare calibration certificates and/or repair diagnostics reports.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Promptly follow up on service requests and provide customers with feedback.
• Monitor equipment and machinery performance and develop preventative maintenance measures.
• Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Deliver demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective use of equipment.
• Provide recommendations about new features and product improvements.
• Monitor inventory and reorder materials when needed.
• Conduct research and attend workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
• Write reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or a similar role.
• Applications from individuals who have recently graduated are welcome.
• Strong technical knowledge of machines and equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
• Proficiency in using various tools and strategies to provide effective solutions.
