Key Responsibilities

• Assist in performing Group Compliance Integrated Risk & Control System (IRCS) and Compliance Assurance of Risk and Effectiveness (CARE) Assessment and System of Governance (SOG) review based on requirements of Group Compliance, which includes preparing, documenting and presenting the IRCS, CARE and SOG results to management and Boards/Board Committees
• Conduct compliance reviews on areas described in the Annual Compliance Plan
• Assist Heads of Compliance in the preparation and documentation of Related Party Transaction (RPT) papers of the Company for presentation and reporting to management;
• Any other work that may be assigned by the Heads of Compliance. 

Key Requirements

• Degree in Finance/Commerce/Economics/Banking from a recognised university or tertiary institution;
• At least 7 years relevant working experience in the Compliance department.
• Possess good knowledge and solid experience in areas of conduct of business, corporate governance, regulatory risk and regulatory change.
• Holds relevant tertiary education degrees/papers. Possession of related professional qualifications will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to engage regulators and also develop partnerships throughout the organisation

Job Purpose: 

Performing IT and Operational audits in the AZAP region.

Key Responsibilities:

• The IT Auditor is responsible for the planning and execution of audits in IT and Operational.
• The IT Auditor is expected to perform audits independently and ensure everything has been properly documented.

The Audit Manager is responsible to Performing audits in the Allianz Asia Pacific (AZAP) region and be the data analytics champion.

You'll be responsible for:

• Audit managers are responsible for the planning and the execution of audits. They are also expected to lead closing meetings with auditees and senior management, including finalisation of audit report with management feedback.
• As managers, they are expected to lead and guide the audit team during audits and in the execution of projects relating to the regional harmonisation of the internal audit function.
• The role would also include defining and the roll-out of regional harmonisation initiatives (including the adoption of best practices), supporting Chief Audit Executive (CAEs) on audit-related questions, and performing quality assurance reviews on local audit teams and monitoring the development in the assigned operating entity (OEs).
• They are also expected to be in charge of the Regional Data Analytics projects.

1. Project Management

• Liaise and negotiate project specifics with clients to ensure project scope, resource requirements, and project plan alignment, as well as a clear definition of project quality, risk, communication, and change management plans. 
•  Define clear roles and responsibilities for team members within the project to ensure that activities are assigned and done by the proper team members and deliverables are of appropriate quality. 
•  Complete project closure to ensure proper project cost account closure, storage of project documentation, and post-implementation reviews.

•  Oversee and advise on all project communication issues to ensure that all essential stakeholders within a project communicate effectively.

• Implement proper project governance, such as Project Steering Committees and working team group meetings.  

1. Vendor Management 

•  Work closely with the RO Office - Procurement & Sourcing team to liaise and engage with the procurement and legal practices to ensure their proper participation and input into creating Request for Proposals and effective management of the vendor relationship during implementation. 
• Oversee third-party suppliers and the technical team to guarantee meeting quality, delivery, and budget targets. 
•  Assist team members in acquiring the information and abilities they'll need to carry out their responsibilities by giving them guidance and training while they work (as needed) 
• Team members (such as Business Analysts) need to have their own individual performance assessed (based on projects), with comments on how they may improve and what kind of training they should be included in. 
•  Take full ownership of the project and do whatever it takes as a leader and motivator to get the team to complete all tasks and deliverables on time and within budget. Other Responsibilities:  

Compliance: 

• Ensure that all local legislation, and other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines, Company, Regional, and Group policies and procedures are followed.  

Information System Security: 

• Responsible for defining information availability, confidentiality, and integrity standards. Managers must ensure that all employees (including temporary employees) and service suppliers adhere to the applicable security standards. 
• Conduct a risk analysis to identify potential business consequences and risks 
• Liaise and coordinate with the Information System Security Manager for all departmental Information System security activities 
• Ensure departmental compliance with Information System Security standards and IS Security guidelines 

Experience/ Education 

• Over 10 years of experience in managing regional projects, with a focus on multi-country and multi-business line experience 
• A strong background in medium-scale transformation programs and projects, including business change management 
• Manage a team of 20+ FTE including system implementation vendors 
• Degree or Diploma in Management/Business Administration/Finance, Engineering/IT, or any related field  
• You have implementation experience in CRM project rollout

Responsibilities

• Execution and support of marketing and sales activities of each approved strategy under purview of Manager/ Senior Manager
• Monitoring visual and digital platforms for each product development category for digital efficacy and lead management improvements
• Coordination and delivery of marketing brand materials for competitive participation for awards and accolades
• Conceptualize branding and product identity for township and non-township products with relevant Sales & Marketing Managers
• Support brand and product identify for each product/ brand
• Coordinate with Media, Creative Agencies, Illustrators, Copy-writers, Event organizers etc. for the preparation of awareness campaign, award and events via
• Street Ads, Press Ads, Digital Ads, Sales Exhibits, Sales Event.
• Develop presentation for marketing direction and strategy Manager/ Sr Manager/ HOD as required.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Business Administration
• 4-5 years’ experience with property development company with ground and digital marketing experience
• Excel proficiency and Power Point Presentation Skill
• Good communication skills for effective communication, internally and externally
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to drive, encourage and motivate
• Good people management skills to foster good relationship between internal teams, external media, service provider and vendors

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

• Maintaining and monitoring hardware, computer systems and networks.
• Conducting electrical and safety inspections for computer equipment.
