DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the Company dispatch outgoing mail with dispatch boy/courier agency.
  • Answer telephone enquiries from customers and assist other staff in the Company with their enquiries.
  • Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and faxes.
  • Filing documents.
  • Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
  • Maintains office supplies and office grocery inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Maintains staff attendance records.
  • Maintains office cleaning and tidy in good working environment.
  • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information.
  • Co-ordinate and maintain staff administrative records such as staff parking, staffs desktop/Laptop, software license and company credit cards machine.
  • Assist with event planning and implementation (Organize stocks and lorry arrangement).
  • Arrange and counting stocks during merchandise event set up.
  • Prepare and email DO to warehouse and issue Invoice.
  • Co-ordinate with warehouse for stock pick and pack, follow up DO, GRN and Inventory report.
  • Assist Marketing dept to compiled document and chase payment and follow up Royalty report.
  • Work at event site as and when required.
  • To assist in ad-hoc issues / duties that assigned by HOD from time to time.

Why I have not received any response from the company after I applied?
