Account Payables (“AP”) Management
1. Ensure AP transactions, petty cash are properly checked before captured into accounting system
2. Ensuring payments documents are properly done before management approval
3. Prepare payment documents for suppliers, subcontractors and any other monthly commitment expenses
4. Check labour wages
5. Responsible for back-charge costs of subcontractors on monthly basis
6. Check creditors reconciliation on monthly basis
7. Coordinate on the suppliers and subcontractor’s payment
8. Ensure subcontractors progress claims and payments are properly captured and updated on regular basis
9. Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
