Job Description

• Check empty pick update with the shipper. 
• Once CRO receives from forwarding from agent/booking party, check free time detention and submit ROT to haulier. 
• Monitor empty container delivery to the shipper/laden truck out for export. 
• Follow up port opening, closing time, and pre-advise done at the port system before container gate in port. 

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM DOCUMENTATION OFFICER

Job Description

• Response to customer enquiry like Booking, CRO, Schedule, Free Time application with liner, Request Waiver of Demurrage/Detention if any etc.
• Monitoring booking to avoid last minutes cancellation and incurred charges.
• Total logistics - Monitor the movements of containers with hauliers/ request ROT and feedback to customers on a timely manner.
• Update data in terms of cost/selling.
• Notify vessel delay notification to customers.
• Forward carrier’s circular to customers.
• Checking vessel ETA and keep customer update together provide NOA/invoice/Release DO.
• Monitoring SI submission/ confirmation from the customer to liner to avoid penalty.
• Monitoring daily documents collection with dispatch together with submission of payment for those cash term liner.
• Close job for filling.

Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent. 
• Excellent in effective communication both spoken and writing, presentation and analytical skills. 
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. 
• Required Skills(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel. 
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Shipping/Logistics/Supply Chain/Freight Forwarding or equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

1) To liaise and deal with various government authorities i.e. KDN, Immigration, licensing, foreign workers recruitment, etc.

2) To prepare & follows up document of foreign workers permit status/renewal/cancellation & claim.

3) To lodge police report on foreign workers absconded case.

4) To prepare & follow up for any incident/accident for foreign workers claim purpose.

5) To assist in the administration of disciplinary procedures and actions which includes counseling

6) To employees and handling employees grievances.

7) To assist on training and introduction & orientation/briefing to new employees.

8) To advice management and hostel providers on compliance with all applicable employment laws,

9) Statutory and regulations.

10) To monitor, supervise guard’s affairs, regulate the discipline and attitude on guards during or off duty.

11) To responsible to providing hostel for employees upon reporting to work (for those who is eligible for Lodgment only).

12) To ensure ongoing compliance to all Admin/HR Government policies.
