Job Summary : 

• A Business Development Executive in NEFIN will get hands on experience in renewable energy development and is responsible for building our company’s business pipeline by Direct or EPC partners. Primary duties include conducting techno-commercial assessment of potential projects, preparing business proposals, and maintaining relationships with strategic business partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct techno-commercial analysis and prepare business proposals for potential clients and internal stakeholders
• Support BD department in preparation for tender submissions, Request for Proposals, and quotations to customers
• Build direct pipeline, establish and maintain relationships with strategic business partners
• Take on ad-hoc projects as instructed by HQ

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Business / Management
• Minimum 2 years experience in business development / solar industry
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to convert facts into insights

Job Requirement:

• Plan, design, and implement office and workflow automation solutions to enhance productivity and increase the efficiency of all business functions and their processes.
• To provide advice, recommendations, and solutions to management pertaining to IT matters and issues.

• Be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries.
• Responsible for all IT support and ensuring the day-to-day operations of cloud storage, computers, and other hardware/peripheral devices.
• Configure and maintain hardware, software, and infrastructure to support daily operations.
• To train users on how to operate software, applications, and computer equipment.
• Responsible for enhancement and maintenance of the website in accordance with requirements from the management
• Maintaining an up-to-date software and IT equipment inventory and ensuring that all software licensing is compliant and up to date.

• Application development for collaboration using the Microsoft Teams platform.
• Office automation and workflow design and implementation using Microsoft Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Relational database system maintenance, setup, and application development.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
• Good knowledge of systems, networks, applications, databases, hardware, and software.
• Experience in Machine Learning, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience in programming languages (python, Java, PHP,SQL, and others).
• Malaysian Citizen.
