A. Job Purpose:
- Disseminate any information about Glo Damansara's tenants via mall's digital and printed media for wayfinding.
- To do the mall's announcement and manage the shopping mall's tenants and mall visitors' enquiries.
- To receive feedback and complaints from tenants and mall's guests and ensure it is delegated to the correct department.
- Ensure the mall is decorated and inviting with celebrative theme according to the calendar year celebration(s) and any events and increase mall awareness.
- To ensure to wayfinding and mall signage are up to date, clear and informative.
- To manage parking validation for season pass parking from tenants.
- To log and manage records of customer's issues and requests
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
B. Overall Responsibilities:
Mall Reception: A&P Activities and Mall's Facilities
- Assisting marketing activities (promotions/events) according to allocated budget.
- To ensure updates on the marketing activities disseminated properly to related and relevant departments.
- Assist Senior/Executive A&P in managing tenant and mall promotions, events and updates.
- Ensure mall website and social medias are up to date on all promotions, events and happenings by assisting the Senior/Executive A&P.
- Assist on visual and printing of A&P materials
- Maintain and expand customers' database
- To manage and ensure cleanliness of mall's facilities areas such as toilets, surau, nursery, wheelchairs, strollers, disabled parking and any facilities involving malls for the use of public.
- Assist the mall's management in handling casual leasing i.e. short term event and promotion activities /advertising panels
Mall Service
- Handle the day to day operations in the Mall ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenants and customer requirements.
- Make sure the effectiveness and excellent customer service by responding to tenant's needs and customer's complaint and request.
- To study and analyze tenant's and customer's feedback to continuously improve the mall services.
- Handle all conflicts and dispute situations amongst tenants, customers and contractors with the help of security, in a smooth manner to avoid any disruption to mall operations.
- To comply with the existing standard operating procedures and to formulate new ones, if required, to enhance the operational efficiency of the operations and management of the mall.
