• Establish a factory-wide quality management system and formulate the company's quality plan.

Requirements

• Must have at least one diploma, advanced diploma, Bachelor's degree, professional degree.
• Master all kinds of quality certification system and the certification process (such as ISO9001 / ISO14001 / IATF16949 / hl-tech corporation/ISO45001, etc.)
• At least 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing industry, familiar with plastic molding process and principle.
• Familiar with TS five tools (APQP&CP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP), seven quality tools and other quality improvement tools.
• Able to work under minimal supervision with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Can speak and write Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Familiar with computer operation and office software operation, proficient in PPT formulation.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist to prepare a full set of shipping documentation for import/ export shipment (i.e., Packing Lists, Invoices, Bill of Lading etc.) 
• Check the completeness of shipping documentation and ensure that submissions are made immediately to Forwarding Agent and Freight Forwarder to avoid delays and avoid storage charges incurred.
