• Design and analyse experiments and success metrics to identify causal links between data quality measures and business outcomes.
• Establish & maintain Data Quality Scorecards to proactively monitor and report on data quality to relevant stakeholders;
• In charge of converting raw data into usable information for analytics and business decision-making.
• Analyzes complex data elements, systems, data flows, dependencies, and relationships to contribute to conceptual, physical, and logical data models.
• Analyzes data-related system integration challenges and proposes appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate and work across functional and multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment to develop an understanding of evolving/agile business needs.
• Track and resolve risks, issues, and action items throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to optimise the code to ensure processes perform optimally.
• Provide data-driven guidance and recommendations on strategic questions or improvements around data quality.
• Undertake data profiling and source system analysis and present clear insights to colleagues to support the end-use of the data.
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain stable, secure, and scalable data engineering solutions and pipelines in support of data and analytics projects, including integrating new sources of data into the central databases.

Qualifications 

• BS/MS in Computer / Data Science, Mathematics, Applied Science, Statistics, AI, or other quantitative Science / Engineering field.

• To source, select, and negotiate with local or overseas supplier / sub-contractor / service provider for best purchase in terms of reasonable price, quality product & services, and on-time delivery for raw materials, packaging materials, and tools based on customers’ purchase order/forecast and production planning.
• To issue purchase orders based on purchase requisition forms received from various departments for supplies, equipment, and service.
• To liaise, follow up and monitor the delivery date of the purchase order to avoid disruption to the production plan due to shortage or late delivery.
• To check and verify suppliers’ documents including delivery orders, invoices, quotations, material data check sheets, Certificate of Analysis, etc.
• To Maintain and update purchasing records, schedules, and reports for management and as per ISO 9001 requirements.
• To maintain and update statutory records/documents including import duty exemption and schedule waste disposal.
• To assist Purchasing Manager from time to time in daily operation, tasks and assignments.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in any discipline or SPM with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office - Excel & Word).
• Pleasant personality, responsibility, and possess initiative and work independently.
• Able to start work immediately would be added advantage.
