ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES    

• Responsible to set up the sales administration functions and procedures.
• To monitor all sales administration works including sales conversions, EF application, EF loan approval and sales reports.
• Ensure documentation and record of sales are in order and in compliance with the procedures and policies;
• Monitor and ensure constant reminders, termination and sales forfeitures, carry out other related tasks as in the sales and purchase agreement;
• Liaise with purchasers, end financiers and solicitors to attend their correspondences pertaining to Sales & Purchase Agreement, loan documentations, billing and collections, credit control functions, etc.
• Produce various updates/reports defined related to sales & credit administration on a timely manner;
• Liaise with Ministry of Finance (LPPSA) or government loans, Solicitors, End Financiers, etc. on all sales related matters;
• Liaise with internal Accounts Division for other administration co-ordinations and reconciliations.
• To approve validity of all  sales booking.
• To discuss and propose to customer/agents for any down payment that require installment   payment (EATO/EASY Scheme).
• Any other matters and responsibility as required from the management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters/Degree in Sales Marketing/ Business Administration or its equivalent
• Minimum of 15 years of working experience in Sales Administration and managerial role
• Candidates with Sales Administration in Property Industry experience is preferred
• Well versed on KPKT (Government Agency) requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the cash position of the Group, its collections and committed liabilities.
• Liaise with bankers for new & restructuring of facilities, rescheduling of payments and review of facilities.

Scope of Works

Responsible for maintaining high standards of service delivery and efficient management, operation, administration and responsible for handling electrical equipment including operating, maintaining and troubleshooting switch gear, transformer, arrangement works and other related systems.

Responsibilities

• Observe 'hot spot' in consumer room-check current reading voltage and power factor.
• Operating and maintenance of High Tension (HT) electrical installation (11kv).
• Be responsible for handling 11KV electrical equipment including operating, maintaining and troubleshooting switch gear, transformer and other related systems.
• Be responsible for carrying out all duties of a HT Chargeman as required under Electrical Act and Regulation.
• Work closely with electrical contractor & service engineer.
• Be responsible for other LV electrical equipment such as electrical panel, motor and pumps, chiller and cooling water, etc.
• To run through daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly checklist in LV switch board and make sure all in order.
• To assist and coordinate Annual DOSH inspection for utilities machine and equipment.
• To be responsible for running the maintenance store including stock control of spare parts.
• Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work accordance to the plan.
• Liaison with local statutory bodies for licensing and compliance.
