Job Purpose: 

The Audit Manager (Business Audit) independently performs and manages business audits across all entities and lines of business in the AZAP region, drives audit regionalisation projects, and supports entities in reaching Technical and Customer Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involve in auditing business areas, in addition to in-depth knowledge and experience in several business areas
• Plans and executes business audits; leads and coaches audit teams and leads discussions with auditees and senior management during audit kick-off and closing meetings; drives the preparation of closing meeting presentations and final audit reports including management feedback.
• Coordinates regional audits performed by local audit teams, provides technical advice, drafts regional reports aggregating local results

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree,  preferably in a business discipline such as accounting, finance, or management.
• Relevant certifications, for example, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Public Accountant, would be an added advantage.
• 5-7 years (for AM) and 7-10 years (for Manager) of internal/external audit experience,  preferably in the financial institution sector. Prior experience in insurance will be an advantage.

Key Requirements

The Audit Manager is responsible to Performing audits in the Allianz Asia Pacific (AZAP) region and be the data analytics champion.

You'll be responsible for:

• Audit managers are responsible for the planning and the execution of audits. They are also expected to lead closing meetings with auditees and senior management, including finalisation of audit report with management feedback.
• As managers, they are expected to lead and guide the audit team during audits and in the execution of projects relating to the regional harmonisation of the internal audit function.

• Ensure timely, effective, and accurate communication with all relevant departments on any factors which will be affecting delivery schedule, commitment to customer and quality, etc.
• Monitor material availability, manpower, and production capacity for smooth production. Analyze material availability and production capacity to provide delivery schedule/date to Sales Team for all orders.
• To prepare and review with Production Team on daily meeting for Production schedule versus actual activities.
• Expedite operations that delay schedules and revise the schedules to meet unforeseen circumstances and provide feedback to the Sales Team with a recovery plan for any shipment misses. 
• Ensure planning processes are executed in a manner that is fully compliant with the Quality Management System and procedures.
• To compile and submit Planning Daily & Monthly reports to the management team.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time

Qualification/ Experience

• Computer literate, Bachelor's degree/diploma with a minimum of 5 years working experience in Production Planning in the manufacturing industry

Reporting to the Group General Manager

Operations in the role as Production Manager and has the following responsibilities. 

Responsibilities: 

• Total Operations Management (Production, Maintenance, QC and Operations administration) at Skudai Facility. 
• Delegation of daily tasks to Operations Staff and Sub-contractors.

Operations: 

• To lead/conduct daily Tool box meeting. 

Production: 

• To ensure all assets are in serviceable conditions and certificates updated. 
• In-charge Quad and Lifting sling allocation, production/manpower schedule. 
• Manage of filling of gases following pre and post filling processes according to ISO procedures. 
• Manage and support gas analytical certification processes. Manage Quality Control processes and upkeep Laboratory gas analysis and issuance of Certificate of Analysis. 
• To ensure all operations administration paperwork in accordance to ISO Procedures and Conditions. 
• Manage reporting of HE Tanker status.
• Manage recording of production weekly Stock Reports and monthly Stock Summaries. 
• Manage, planning and coordinating with Sales/Business team on new orders and projects. 
• Manage and monitor Weekly Available Quad List and Production Report.
• Manage and monitor Inspection Report for Off-hired quads, cylinders and all other distributing equipment.
• Manage and monitor list of Purchase Requisition required by Production Department and submit for approvals.
• Manage and ensure observation of QHSE procedures and Workplace Safety at all times. 
• As and when required, assist and relief duties of the Operations General Manager during his absence. 
• Manage and monitor production documents for ISO Audit.
• Ad-hoc projects and tasks, as and when required.
• Manage and supervise and safely complete the task assigned on time to time basis, in context to operations and safety of the plant, equipment and personnel. 
• As and when required to travel within Malaysia to visit clients and project sites and other company facilities for meetings, on the job training and projects as and when required.
• All other duties as assigned by Operations General Manager and Business Manager. 

Maintenance: 

• Manage and monitor inspection, reporting and managing of assets including keeping proper service record of all distribution, production and inhouse equipment maintenance according to ISO procedures.
• Manage and supervise handling of control cards, compressor run, Work Order (Production), Helium Tank files and all related distribution equipment. 
• Ensure proper filing of all production documents for easy traceability.
• Forklift driving (Heavy Forklift driving qualification is required for this task)
• Manage and general upkeep and maintenance of Skudai Facility, Johor.

Logistics:

• Management of receiving and checking of all incoming raw materials including cylinders, quads, Cryogenic tanks, assets and all related materials to the business.
• Management of deliveries and checking of all outgoing materials including cylinders, quads, Cryogenic tanks, lifting slings, all other assets and all related materials to the business. 
• Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks. (as and when required)

Safety:

• Manage and monitor work safety and to avoid any unsafe acts at all times: 
  • Ensure PPE practices of all personnel.
  • To ensure all equipment and machinery are switched on/off where appropriate at end of the day.
  • To ensure proper handover of work/task operationally.
  • To follow safe work practices.

Requirement:

• At lease 5 years experience in related field.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Food Science / Nutrition / Food Processing / Food Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in food manufacturing or food processing is needed.
• Strong knowledge of further food processing.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and maintain composure under stress.
• Possess strong leadership qualities.
• Possess strong commitment, good communication skills, able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
