2. Preparation of production plan covering both weekly and monthly plan.
3. Constantly check of production capacity & materials availability before deriving out both production and delivery Schedule. 
4. Work closely with production supervisor to ensure smooth production schedule especially for those new products or urgent slot in order.
5. Monitoring of material usage versus the produced outcome to ensure the operation was running under high productivity at effective cost.
6. Open purchase order after get request from production supervisor. 
7. Preparing on time delivery report monthly for part delivery to customer.

1. Must be well organized to ensure the planned schedule had been fulfilled
2. Possess with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill to convey the right messages to the affected staffs
3. Able to execute the instructions received from department head & work under tight schedule.
