Multimedia Designer:
- Creating Marketing Emails, good understanding of content management systems such as wordpress and basic knoweldge in HTML and CSS.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create & design Marketing Emails for the company using HTML and Email Builders.
- Handling in scheduling & planning Seminars, events and awards Marketing emails using tools such as active campaign, sendInBlue, mailchimp …etc .
- Design and create posters, banners and headers for the website, Emails & social media.
- Social media graphic contents including videos for events, promotional, seminars and awards.
- Assisting in editing and Publishing podcast episodes into Podcast platforms such as buzzsprout..etc.
- Creating presentation slideshows for awards ceremonies.
- Assisting in the recording of podcast in the studio.
- Resizing images for the website and assisting in format conversion of files.
- Assisting in after events video converting and uploading to vimeo.
- Website updates.
- Basic Computer troubleshooting and maintaining.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field or equivalent
- Basic Computer troubleshooting knowledge.
- HTML and CSS basic knowledge, advance knowledge is an advantage.
- Good Knowledge in Adobe Suite software.
- Wordpress basic knowledge, advanced knowledge is an advantage.
- Basic Knowledge on using Zoom, Teams and other meeting software.
- Minimum two years’ experience in similar role
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- A pleasant personality and strong communication skills are a must.
- Motivated
- The ability to multi-task and interact with people from all levels and backgrounds.
- Meticulous, organized and efficient
- Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant resident status.
