Responsibilities:

• Attend to breakdown, repair & recovery of operational equipment including boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, generators, air compressor and etc.
• Routine servicing and carry out preventive maintenance on the said equipment.
• Troubleshooting and rectify electrical, mechanical and hydraulic system fault.
• Pre-delivery inspection on equipment.
• Timely and proper recording of works carried out on equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.
• Familiarity of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.

• Immediate hiring

• Responsible for the machine status and attending site trouble shoot.

Company :

• Carry out repairs on all types of SDMH supported machineries in compliance to standards set by principals & divisional SQM.
• Activities require handling and grasping with hands while performing repairs and maintenance of equipment by utilizing hand tools, power tools, air tools, nuts, bolts, electronic controls and other parts.
• Locate and make reference to Service publications in softcopy and hardcopy formats
• Assists in making recommendation on parts required for completion of Service jobs.
• Communicates with leading technicians & Service seniors for equipment maintenance and repair requirements.
• Upon completion of the Service job, maintains paperwork documentation of work performed in a complete and timely manner including Time Cards, reports, parts returns & other repair related reports deemed necessary.
• Load & unload equipment from “carriers” whilst complying with SQM requirements.
• Keep abreast with developments in tooling, technologies and systems.
• Work with supervisor to create and follow through with a career development plan.
• The jobholder may be required to perform other duties as and when required by the immediate superior and/or Management
