Job Purpose: 

The Audit Manager (Business Audit) independently performs and manages business audits across all entities and lines of business in the AZAP region, drives audit regionalisation projects, and supports entities in reaching Technical and Customer Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involve in auditing business areas, in addition to in-depth knowledge and experience in several business areas
• Plans and executes business audits; leads and coaches audit teams and leads discussions with auditees and senior management during audit kick-off and closing meetings; drives the preparation of closing meeting presentations and final audit reports including management feedback.
• Coordinates regional audits performed by local audit teams, provides technical advice, drafts regional reports aggregating local results

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree,  preferably in a business discipline such as accounting, finance, or management.
• Relevant certifications, for example, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Public Accountant, would be an added advantage.
• 5-7 years (for AM) and 7-10 years (for Manager) of internal/external audit experience,  preferably in the financial institution sector. Prior experience in insurance will be an advantage.

The Audit Manager is responsible to Performing audits in the Allianz Asia Pacific (AZAP) region and be the data analytics champion.

You'll be responsible for:

• Audit managers are responsible for the planning and the execution of audits. They are also expected to lead closing meetings with auditees and senior management, including finalisation of audit report with management feedback.
• As managers, they are expected to lead and guide the audit team during audits and in the execution of projects relating to the regional harmonisation of the internal audit function.
• The role would also include defining and the roll-out of regional harmonisation initiatives (including the adoption of best practices), supporting Chief Audit Executive (CAEs) on audit-related questions, and performing quality assurance reviews on local audit teams and monitoring the development in the assigned operating entity (OEs).

Programme Management

Project planning, develop value propositions and implement the development of DE Rantau programme:

• Plan and implement the programme, focusing on promoting and engaging active participation of the targeted communities and platforms/ digital service providers.

Strategy 1: Development of DE Rantau Hubs in selected locations

• Revise and review the criteria and value propositions of DE Rantau Hubs and facilitate the selection process with DE Rantau Hubs Partners.
• Drive efforts to ensure the yearly KPI for DE Rantau Hubs are achieved as planned, and continuous improvements are made to sustain DE Rantau’s programme offerings.

Strategy 2: Development of DE Rantau Ecosystem Services

• Assist with the planning and implementation of various digital and platform service providers based on the respective service sectors which will help supplement the livelihood of digital nomads, DE Rantau Hubs and the businesses in the selected DE Rantau locations.
• Assist with the development and revision of criteria and value propositions for DE Rantau Ecosystem Services and facilitate the selection process of DE Rantau Ecosystem Services Partners.
• Assist with the awareness, onboarding and rolling-out activities with DE Rantau Ecosystem Services Partners to ensure that the yearly KPI for DE Rantau Ecosystem Services is achieved as planned.
     

Qualifications 

• Bachelor Degree in any related field.

Position Purpose  

• The conduit between Sales and Marketing, ensuring Company’s objectives are achieved by translating the overall Brand strategies into effective and actionable Sales strategy for Modern Trade and General Trade channel.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities

a) Owns the Channel Strategy :

• Size of prize: Sizing up the potential sales volume and spend of a brand/product
  by Channel.
• Volume Building blocks: Mapping out the building blocks/metrics (distribution,
  forwards stock shares, SPPD, etc) to achieve the target volume.
• Trade plans: Develop Channel plans to (Campaigns, promos, trade deals,
  activations to achieve the Volume Building Blocks.
• Execution Guidelines: Develop Shopper driven Channel execution guidelines
  (Picture of Success) to maximize product availability, visibility and accessibility.
• Evaluation: Leads the tracking, monitoring and post evaluation ROI of plans.

b) Drive our agenda in the trade thru development of compelling selling stories/decks.

c) Operationally acts as the conduit between Sales and Marketing (liaising on POSMs, NCP, trade requirements etc).

d) Leads Customer Marketing function (development of customized/customer/channel
specific POSMs based on master Key Visuals etc)

e) Manage trade spend and allocate A&P across designated channels and customers. Forecast program volumes & ROI.

f) Coach and support the sales teams to execute effectively with the customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Degree qualification
• Minimum 5 years related experience in FMCG industry.
• Beverage and Snacks experience is an advantage.
• Proven experience in Channel Development and/or Category Development
• Experience in Modern Trade Key Accounts.
• Experience in Sales Operations and/or General Trade channel management is an
  added advantage
• Strong channel/category insights experience, with the ability to generate and
  present actionable recommendation and plans to a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
