QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred in Human Resource Management/Psychology or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience with an emphasis on employee engagement, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, or other related HR disciplines
