Job Description

Responsibilities

• pleasant disposition and able to ensure continuous customer satisfaction right up to after-sales service.
• Willing visits to follow-up with customer orders and requirement.
• Able to achieve pre-set sales target and collection target every month 
• To maintain and develop new dealers target every month .
• To educate and up-date customers regarding product information and specifications
• Diligently carry out any additional task given by superior
• Teamwork 

Requirement 

• Service sales or Equipment sales - 2 Vacancies.
• Degree/Diploma/SPM/Certificate in Engineering /Electrical/Machinery or equivalent 
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in industrial field or machine maintenance or equivalent.
• Reasonably good personality with responsibilities
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Training will be provided

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to learn.
• Requires relevant semiconductor / mechanical / pcb industry experience
• Required language(s) : Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferable Chinese Speaking candidates.

• Manage and build relationships with existing customers.
• Source for new customers.
• Maintain close communication with customers, building positive working relationships to foster customer loyalty.
• Prepare sales report & quotation.
• Gather and record customer feedback, providing product improvement suggestions to the research and development team.
• Contribute to the expansion of our customer base by actively participating in efforts to acquire new clients.
• Collaborate with service team, offering technical support to ensure customer satisfaction with our products.
• Provide quotations to customers and recommend suitable equipment based on their needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals explaining products & services to customers.
• Purchase of spare parts or equipment.

工作職責

• 參與銷售詢價並完成銷售目標。
• 管理和建立與現有客戶的關係。
• 新客戶來源。
• 與客戶保持密切溝通，建立積極的工作關係，以培養客戶忠誠度。
• 準備銷售報告和報價。
• 收集並記錄客戶回饋，向研發團隊提供產品改進建議。
• 透過積極參與獲取新客戶的努力，為擴大我們的客戶群做出貢獻。
• 與服務團隊合作，提供技術支援，以確保客戶對我們的產品滿意。
• 為客戶提供報價，並根據客戶的需求推薦合適的設備。
