• Head the Logistic Department in the Company. Manage the department in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Participate in the planning and execution of the Company’s strategic development projects towards continuous improvement and growth.
• Establish strategic needs for the department to continually meet quality and service standards.
• Plan to ensure set objectives for the Department are met; make recommendations for changes when the need arise.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, distribution activities, and arrangement of goods within the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch of goods.

• Evaluate, manage and procure best value vehicle parts and consumables.
• Plan and manage the manpower needs of the Logistic Department for efficient performance.
• Carry out other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Logistic, Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge in logistic function.
• Must be computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible in supervising and monitoring work status of projects.
