Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years of general corporate/commercial legal experience from a reputable law firm or in-house setting.
  • Experience within companies of the following nature: information technology or property management / development, will be a strong added advantage.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law, LLB / LLM or equivalent.
  • Possess analytical skills to interpret data and use independent judgment in developing solutions to address a variety of issues regarding contracts and its complexities.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented start-up environment by collaborating with senior executive leaders and other departments, when necessary, while maintaining sound commercial judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent command of English with professional proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages (Mandarin/Tamil) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong computer literate – especially in utilizing any MS Suite software (Word, Powerpoint etc.) and Gmail.
