As an Intern, Product Support, you will assist your Product Manager in one or more of the below tasks:
· Perform & execute user acceptance test (UAT) by screenshotting any errors whether it is technical, feature, usability, or bugs by screenshotting it to the scrum cloud software.
· Ensure screenshot of any errors & write a brief description to explain the error. Ex: This blue back button cannot be clicked when I landed on the next page.
· Monitor user experience (UX) for every hour to make sure user journeys are seamless. Our software is still in the infancy stage, so it is very important to report any errors to the team
· Analyzing test results on UIUX, errors or bugs, and usability. Ex: how many times the same errors happened again?
· Preparing reports (Words/PowerPoint) on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the DesignOps team.
· Participating in design sprint reviews on a bi-weekly basis and providing input on requirements, product UXUI, and potential problems.
· Data entry & editing of the question library in the admin’s backend console
· Contributing to the software improvement
· Ensure delivery of Quality Assurance (QA) of the software
Job Requirements
· Final year students with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering
· Preferably specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
· Good communication skills in the English language for both spoken and written
· Willing to reskill & upskill in any high-skilled knowledge such as data science, data analytics, software development & user interface/user experience (UIUX)
· Meticulous in software testing & a detail-oriented mindset.
· Communicating with the product team to understand product feature requirements.
· Communicating with the team member using Microsoft Team effectively
· Willing to take skill & personality assessments for improvement. We want to understand you more.
· Fundamental knowledge of programming is a plus point

This is a 6 months internship role starting 1 Dec 2022.
You will be required to:
Participate in completing month-end GL (general ledger) close and reporting of entity’s results to Corporate. Responsible in the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, preparation of journal entries and execution of internal control in accordance with Haleon Internal Control Framework.
