JOB SUMMARY 

Responsible for providing value-added service and administrative support through order processing in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner for assigned sales divisions or external customers. 

Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and other correspondence. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 

• Receives and coordinates purchase orders from customers with other relevant departments. 
• Ensures product ships out to customers are of correct quantities, orders and as per schedules. 
• Handles and refers customer complaints and specifications concerning product or service to designated departments for investigation and feedbacks to customer.

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Translate and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Utilise a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Attend any sort of breakdown that occurs during plan run time and rectify the problem.

Job Description

• To perform retail sales at OWNDAYS' Shops
• To be responsible for the daily shop operations
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• To dispense and fit spectacles and edge lenses working from the prescriptions
• Handle daily shop cleanliness, shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls
• OWNDAYS will provide all training. In short period of time, you will be confident in the new skill

Qualification

• Candidates must at least possess SPM certificate
• Must be willing to work on weekend and public holiday
• Experience in retail industry is preferred
• Candidates with good interpersonal communication skill preferred
• Responsible, hard-working and punctual
• Ability to work well under pressure

OT *1.5 ( Able to work Over time if needed )

We do offer the basic salary during probation is RM2,500
